The Self Love Diet is a transformational journey into the depths of loving yourself no matter what. Habitual nourishment of your inner light through affirmation, journaling, and community. We’ll work on building a foundation of positive self talk and acceptance, holistic healing and all around feel good vibes.

In this three tiered approach to loving yourself to your best life we will focus on discovering who you are as an individual. Ask yourself this question:

If I woke up tomorrow without my job, any of my material possessions, without a family, friends or things outside of myself to define me… WHO AM I? Who is that person who is dying to speak their truth? The person who knows so deeply what they want but has been pushed aside for far too long!

We will answer that question, together.

Next we will focus on loving that new found individual. I will teach you how to employ simple tools to get devoted to your truth, the reality of individuality and most importantly the how of Self Love; or as I like to call it devotion to One’s individuality.

Finally I will give you actionable ways to continue the work well past the end of our time together. In other words you will learn how to habitually nourish the devotion to your new found individuality and actualize the life of your dreams!
